ChargePe is a mobile application that provides information about electric vehicle charging stations across India. The app displays real-time status, locations, and details of charging stations from various Charge Point Operators (CPOs).

3. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when creating an account
• Use the app in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the application
• Respect the terms of service of charging station operators

4. Limitations of Service

ChargePe currently provides information services only. We do not facilitate direct charging initiation through the app, though this feature may be added in future updates.

5. Disclaimer

The information provided in the app is sourced from third-party CPOs. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee the real-time accuracy of charging station status or availability.
